At Hassan Allam Construction’s invitation, Capital Guard was selected to support the upgrade of this landmark facility with integrated fire-safety and data-center solutions.

Our Scope of Work

Working alongside Hassan Allam Construction, Capital Guard delivered a comprehensive infrastructure support package, covering:

• Supplying and programming of FM-200 clean-agent firefighting systems by Hygood and foam systems by Ansul, designed for critical equipment rooms.

• Supply and programming of fire-alarm systems by Notifier, integrating detection and response across the building.

• Implementing Eaton Brightlayer DCIM for real-time visibility of power, cooling and space in the data-center infrastructure.

• Full system deployment and transition into ongoing support, ensuring long-term operational resilience and maintenance readiness.
